Individual Counselling

£50 per 50-minute session

Sessions are usually weekly, although we can discuss what works best for you.

Appointments are available in person in Brechin or online. 

Payment is required in advance of each session.

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will normally be charged at the full session fee.

The same  fee applies to EMDR sessions.
